Business hours are Monday through Friday. Messages are answered within 24 hours of receipt, if received on a business day. If received on Saturday or Sunday, the question may not be answered until Monday. Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours.
As a note, all new parts come directly from sealed sets. As multiple pieces are bagged loosely together, there may be some minor scratches and scuffing from the pieces rubbing against one another. Instruction booklets may have folds or creases as they are also packaged loosely in the retail boxes.
All parts come from a smoke-free home. As of this time, Sundry Bricks does not sell used pieces.
